Acupuncture is a traditional Chinese medicine technique involving inserting thin needles into specific body points to relieve pain and treat various conditions, based on balancing the body’s vital energy (Qi) flowing through meridiansscientifically, it works by stimulating nerves, releasing endorphins, and affecting neurohormonal pathways, proving effective for chronic pain, nausea, and more, but always consult a doctor before use.  
 
How it works
    • Traditional View: 
      Aims to restore yin/yang balance and open blockages in Qi flow along meridians, promoting natural healing. 
       
  • Scientific View: 
    Stimulates the nervous system, releases the body’s painkillers (endorphins), increases circulation, reduces inflammation, and influences blood pressure.
